As of now there will be a open coach and a junior coach. Coaching positions
will be determined shortly.
Athletes interested juniors and youth (91,92, 93 ,94) There will be only male
competition for those years
Currently the team is allotted 4 spots for male youth and juniors combined.
Open athletes male and female team
Currently 8 male and 4 female team slots are available
Athletes need to apply on line at
www.maccabiusa.com as well. A trial will take place in October in
Philadelphia, unless there are not enough applicants. Then the team will be
picked by a committee based on judo resume. The decision to have a trial will
be made one month prior to date of trial. Applications must be in by September
15th.
There is a Yachad (giving) commitment for every team member including coaches
and managers. please make sure to read about this. The yachad for juniors is
$6,600 for open athletes $3,300. There is yachad relief fund all athletes can
apply for.
The trip is from July 2 - 24.

for the USA delegation which is going to be over 900 people strong.
