"The mission of PA Judo is not to only to
teach the sport of Judo, but to help develop leadership skills and
guidance."
- Assist all clubs
throughout Pennsylvania, to work together to solidify PA Judo, thus
making PA judo stronger then it has ever been in the past.
- Teach and utilize
the true philosophy of judo in order to improve the overall athletic
performance throughout the state|.
- Encourage the
completion and acceptance of a standardized promotional requirement
system in Pennsylvania which is in line with the three national organizations.
- Promote the utilization
of more competitor, coaching, teaching and refereeing clinics throughout
Pennsylvania to improve the overall quality of Pennsylvania Judo.
- Encourage certification
of more coaches, instructors and regional referees throughout Pennsylvania.
- Encourage the
development of more national level coaches and referees, statewide.
